Web design After much deliberation, trying out many different web design solutions and a few consultations, I have decided to create my websites using the online CMS method JIMDO https://de.jimdo.com/, which is free for private users. My experience is very positive. With previous computer knowledge in terms of image processing, etc., it is relatively easy to create your own desired homepage with JIMDO.

My goal was to create a professional looking extensive website with a freeware solution and not to do without certain playfulness and unobtrusive visual effects.

Examples are: the automatic change of the background, slideshows, integrated audio & video files and the somewhat more complex background image in the "Guestbook" area.
