Movement in nature

is food for body, mind and soul.

 

Whether with a bike, Nordic sticks, inline skates, heavy backpack, motorcycle, snowshoes, with hiking boots or sometimes even meditatively barefoot.

 

Moderate to sporty exercise and "GET INTO YOURSELF" in nature are very important opportunities for me personally.

While hiking I find time to combine some things that are important to me: sport, mental switching off and meditation, relaxation, talking to friends and interesting people, admiring flora and fauna, continuing education, satisfying the desire to discover new things, photography.

The wonders of nature

I have the highest respect and like to think about the diverse forms of life, their sophisticated life strategies and sensitive, highly intelligent forms of existence. Everything that surrounds us is nature and life like ourselves! Every animal, every tree, stone, blade of grass and yes ........... every cell phone ;-)

Environmental protection and respect

I try to treat the nature around me with respect and to spare it as much as possible. I am aware that I too am part of nature and that everything is connected to everything. Environmental protection is self-protection - an issue that therefore also concerns us all!
